Hosted by the Emirates Insurance Association and its members, the IUMI Asia Forum 2023 will be held for the first time in the Middle East from 9 to 10 May at Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai.
The event will feature keynote speeches, presentations and panel sessions including: Global trade, the world fleet and the shipping market: Update and outlook; impacts of inflation in marine insurance markets – global and Middle East; Dubai’s new maritime law OR opening of UAE flag; sanctions and what they mean for marine insurers; digitalisation in the supply chain; carbon emissions and marine hull insurance: An introduction to the PPMI; the future of shipping: Cyber risks, emerging technologies and new rules; and P&I in the Middle East: Trends and developments.
