The Fidelis Partnership (TFP) has announced a number of promotions, including heads of business across specialty lines.
Promotions to heads of business include:
- Mr Jamie Graham to the position of Head of Cargo. Mr Graham joined TFP in 2024 from Amwins.
- Ms Melissa Puskar to the position of Group Head of Credit. Ms Puskar has been with TFP for seven years and has had prior roles at Genworth Financial and HSBC.
- Mr Oliver Searles to the position of Head of Energy. Mr Searles joined TFP from Marsh in 2024.
Other promotions TFP has made also include:
- Mr Alex Burness to the position of Senior Underwriter in the Property D&F team.
- Mr Alexandre Weiss Bueno to the position of Deputy Head of Asset Backed Finance & Portfolio Credit.
- Mr Bernhard Straeter, who is current Senior Credit Portfolio Underwriter at TFP, takes on the additional role of Deputy Active Underwriter for Syndicate 2126.
- Mr Daniel Turner to the position of Senior Underwriter in the Construction & Renewable Energy.
