The Tunisian Federation of Insurance Companies (FTUSA) has announced the election of Mr Mondher Khabcheche as its new president until 14 April 2026.
He succeeds Mr Hassene Feki.
The Federation stated in a media statement that the election is part of the renewal of its management structure.
The FTUSA also revealed the Vice Presidents of its new executive committee who will serve over the same period as Mr Khabcheche. They are:

Mr Yazid Sellaouti , Managing Director of Lloyd Vie (an incumbent),

Ms Nebgha Enneifer née Driss, Managing Director of Cotunace (newly elected)

Mr Anouar Bel Haj Abdellatif, Managing Director of Carte Vie (newly elected)
The President and the three Vice Presidents form the executive committee of the FTUSA.
Mr Mondher Khabcheche
Mr Khabcheche served as a Vice President of the federation on the previous executive committee.
He has over 28 years of experience in the sector. He has served as Director General of UIB Assurances since September 2023, after spending nearly 10 years at the helm of Assurances At-Takafulia. A graduate of the Higher Institute of Management of Tunis, where he earned a Master's degree in Finance, he also holds a postgraduate diploma in insurance from the Institute for the Development Financing of the Arab Maghreb.
Mr Hassene Feki
Mr Feki became the CEO of Groupama Asfalistiki in April 2025, according to a corporate statement. Groupama Asfalistiki is a leading Greek insurance company and is a subsidiary of the French Groupama Group.
He has more than 20 years of experience in key positions within the Groupama Group in France, Tunisia and Turkiye. He was at the helm of the industry leader, Tunisian Insurance and Reinsurance Company (STAR) Assurances, from September 2017 to April 2025. The Groupama Group holds a 35% stake in STAR.
