Pan-African financial services group, Vista Group Holding, has completed the acquisition of 99.99% of Saham Assurances Niger for an undisclosed amount.
According to a statement by the Group, the acquired company has also been rebranded as Vista Assurances Niger.
The strategic acquisition marks a new stage in the structuring of the group's insurance division and aligns with its vision of building an integrated financial ecosystem combining banking and insurance.
Vista Group also owns Vista Assurances Guinea and Vista Assurances Burkina Faso. This latest acquisition brings Vista Group to three insurance subsidiaries in West Africa.
