Munich Re has announced that its cyber businesses in Africa and APAC will be led by Ms Johanna Roman. In her new role, effective 1 July 2026, she will lead the business in Australasia, Greater China and Africa.
Ms Roman brings over 20 years of experience in the reinsurance market, with roles spanning across reinsurance purchasing, claims and underwriting. She joined Munich Re in 2022 as Casualty and Cyber Underwriting Manager, Australasia.
