South Africa:Regulator to review universal life policies

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has begun consultations with the insurance industry to develop solutions relating to universal life policies, in addition to the existing policy interventions made in the past few years. The aim is to achieve fair customer outcomes.
