BH Assurance, which underwent a rebranding exercise a year ago transforming itself from Assurances Salim, has implemented a digital transformation strategy.
BH Insurance has accelerated the launch of WININTI, an omnichannel mobile app. WININTI makes it possible for customers, in real time, to check on their various insurance policies, to follow claims settlements, and monitor reimbursements of health costs, the insurance portfolio and many other actions directly online.
Internet users are also able to receive a quotation for car and home insurance in a few minutes and subscribe to their selected plans without having to leave home. They can make online payments and receive the insurance policy at their home.
The insurer says that more than 5,000 customer accounts have been created on WININTI. More than 1,000 customers have subscribed to insurance plans online.
BH Insurance says that it is preparing to launch two new services this year in the areas of health and travel insurance.
