Mena News - Qatar: Qatar to Start Insurance Joint Venture with Bahrain

Representatives from Qatar and Bahrain have agreed to form an insurance joint venture.

The proposed undertaking was revealed following a recent major business mission by members of the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (QCCI) to Manama. No details about the insurance venture have been released.

Both Qatar and Bahrain are cementing their ties further, and the main symbol of this cooperation is a proposed 42-km bridge linking the two kingdoms.
