The Planning Council aims to build stronger strategic alliances with insurers and banks as part of its effort to create a robust information infrastructure, said Secretary General HE Sheik Hamad Bin Jabor Bin Jassim Al Thani.
“The financial sector, comprising banks and insurance, is the key engine of growth and, therefore, it is crucial to develop alliances,” he said.
The Planning Council drafts economic and social policies and plans for Qatar.
