Bahrain: gig Bahrain launches revamped mobile application and website

Bahrain Kuwait Insurance (gig Bahrain) has launched its revamped mobile application gig-GO and its website.

“As we move towards the digital world rapidly, we at gig Bahrain are improving our digital platforms to meet the digital demand,” said gig Bahrain CEO Abdulla Sultan.

Dr Sultan added that the Central Bank of Bahrain is instructing all insurance companies to have their business digitally ready before the end of the year.

“We have added unique features to the new app and the website which is the first in the kingdom, such as tracking your motor claims status. This feature will allow our customers to know exactly at which stage their motor claim is at. Moreover, you can now add and remove benefits from your insurance policy and recalculate the price through the app or click on the virtual branch icon for a live call with one of our agents,” said gig Bahrain COO Ali Noor.
