The talent crisis – driven by a shortage of skilled labour – has been a perennial issue in the region’s insurance sector, which has traditionally relied on a largely expatriate workforce. Consequently, market leaders are looking at new and creative approaches to recruit, nurture and retain young talent to ensure the sustainability of the sector.
