Takaful Malaysia inks pact with RHB Islamic Bank

Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Bhd (STMB) has entered into a 10-year bancatakaful service agreement with RHB Islamic Bank.
Under the agreement, RHB Islamic Bank will distribute STMB’s family and general takaful products.
“The agreement is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings and earnings per share of the STMB group for the financial year ending 31 December 2015, but it is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of STMB group,” the company said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia.
