Mena News - UAE: Daman To Cover 70,000 Adnoc Employees

National Health Insurance Company – Daman has struck an agreement with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company Group (Adnoc) to provide health insurance policies to the latter, in accordance with the emirate’s compulsory health insurance law.

According to a statement issued by Daman, around 70,000 employees in the Adnoc group will be covered by Daman under a customised plan.

Daman is entrusted by the government with the task of providing health insurance services to both the public and private sectors. It is the exclusive provider of health insurance services to employees in the public sector in Abu Dhabi.

Dr Michael Bitzer, Daman’s CEO, says that the company’s expansion strategy aims at broadening its services geographically and providing first-rate service at all its branches.
