The insurance sector in Tunisia has been growing over the past five years despite unfavourable economic conditions, thanks to increased cooperation among providers and enhanced regulatory development.
Regulatory reforms conducted over the past two decades have been paying off with the insurance market growing notably. But the sector has much to do before it reaches its potential, says president of the General Insurance Committee (CGA) Hafedh Gharbi.
