The Insurance Regulatory Unit (IRU) has given insurance companies under its supervision to submit data on the number and percentage of national workers employed in the insurance sector, in accordance with an approved reporting model.
The regulator includes a form in a circular that all insurance companies must complete, detailing the percentage of national workers they employ.
The Unit requires companies to ensure that the information submitted reflects their actual status as of 31 December each year. The completed form, together with all required information and in accordance with the specified instructions, must be submitted within a maximum of 90 days from the end of the financial year.
