Sukoon Insurance has announced a suite of AI-driven solutions for motor insurance renewals.
According to a statement from the company, the new AI system will proactively call customers ahead of policy expiration dates. Through the system, customers can confirm details and request a secure payment link via SMS or WhatsApp. Those who prefer the human touch will be transferred to a live agent by the bot.
“Our customers lead busy lives, and managing their insurance should be the easiest part of their day,” said Sukoon Interim CEO and CFO Hammad Khan.
“With these enhancements, we are actively removing friction from the customer journey and replacing it with simplicity.”
