UAE: ADNIC launches technical training in insurance to groom local talents

Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC) has launched a technical insurance development initiative for UAE national employees. The training programme signifies ADNIC’s commitment to investing in the professional growth of UAE citizens.

The initiative, called the Mawhoob programme, is provided in partnership with the American University of Dubai, the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Institute of Leadership & Management.

The programme aims to provide UAE citizens in ADNIC with the technical knowledge essential to specialise in underwriting, claims and operations.

Mawhoob is one of ADNIC’s many initiatives under its Emiratisation strategy. M
