Oman: OIFC Khedmah signs a collaboration agreement with Dhofar Insurance

Oman Investment and Finance Company (OIFC) Khedmah, a billing and collection services provider for utilities in the sultanate, has signed a collaboration agreement with Dohfar Insurance as part of the newly introduced service in the Khedmah app for collecting vehicle insurance premiums.

Effectively, new clients can also use the app or the website to get competitive quotations from the insurance provider and apply for vehicle insurance. Dhofar Insurance’s customers can also renew their vehicle insurance via a direct link between OIFC Khedmah and Dhofar Insurance’s systems.

Dhofar Insurance’s customers can can use the integrated services that Khedmah provides to pay their electricity, water and telecommunications bills and make payments to the Public Authority for Social Insurance. M
