With sector experts saying that the life insurance market needs at least three years to recover from the impact of COVID-19, Bahraini life insurers have a hard road ahead. This was exacerbated by the spike in cases in the middle of 2021, forcing the sector into a hardening cycle. We spoke to Bahrain National Life’s Mr Omar AlAseeri about what lies ahead for the industry.
