Saudi Arabia: Solidarity Takaful terminates contracts with two agents

Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co has terminated the contractual agreements with Saudi Anadel Insurance Co and Theatle Insurance Co, according to a bourse statement.

The move will not have a negative impact on the company’s financials as aggregate sales by both companies represent just 11% of total sales, said the statement.

Solidarity Takaful signed the non-exclusive marketing agreements with Anadel and Theatle in April last year. M
