Reinsurance advanced training for the Lebanese insurance industry

The Arab Insurance Institute (AII), in collaboration with GAIF and ACAL, recently held an Advanced Training Program in Reinsurance in Beirut for 21 participants from the Lebanese insurance sector.
The three-day training programme was delivered by Mr Khaled Abu Nahel, Chairman of AII (Jordan) and Chief Operating Officer of the Trust International Insurance Group, and aimed to give delegates a good understanding on reinsurance accounting, the calculation of reinsurance reserves and premiums, the practical aspects of reinsurance treaty design, improving theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills, benefiting from the background of this highly-experienced trainer and insurance professional.
