Kuwait: Regulator pushing to enact law this year

The Insurance Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry is working to push for the adoption of the new insurance law during this year, said the Director of the department, Mrs Iman Ibrahim Al-Ashwak.
The adoption of the new law will follow refinements to the final draft Bill to be submitted to the relevant stakeholders for discussion, Mrs Al-Ashwas told Al Qabas, an Arabic daily newspaper.
