The MENA Insurance CEO Club (MICC) will be hosting a public forum in conjunction with the fifth anniversary of its founding, to salute the value of insurance to society and its strategic partnership role in managing risks for businesses big and small.
The one-day forum on 8 October will be held at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai with the theme of “Managing Increasing Risk Exposures in an Era of Disruptive Innovation”.
Hot issues to be debated
The event will cover the following hot issues: cyber risks, pandemics and health threats, risk management imperatives in the current geo-political environment, emerging CAT risks, financial risks and the full gamut of services that insurance offers to a business in managing risks and controlling costs.
The forum, open to all insurers in the MENA region, will also reach out to corporate commercial buyers of insurance to highlight the strategic role of insurance as a partner and friend to the business community. It will discuss how insurance helps businesses enhance their competitive edge and manage their risks in an era of disruptive innovation and increasing risk exposures in the region.
