Galaxy Insurance Brokers has been awarded the 2015 Century International Quality ERA Award (Gold Category) at the Business Initiative Directions (BID) Quality Convention in Geneva.

With the award, Galaxy is now a member of the BID community and has the QC100 model, a compendium of the criteria on which the quality award is based, and considered as one of the best-known total quality management (TQM) systems.

The BID awards are held to recognise the contributions of organisations and businessmen. BID disseminates quality culture in order to strengthen growth and sustainability, as well as promote job creation and financial success.
