The Middle East is one of the most attractive energy regions and all players within the upstream value chain are keen in playing a predominant role in the forthcoming envisaged Exploration and Production (E&P) projects. With most of the Gulf's hydrocarbons already discovered and being exploited or under development, oil and gas companies are looking for other growth opportunities.
