MNRB Holdings (MNRB) has entered into implementation agreements with Rakyat Nominees and Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia (Bank Rakyat) in relation to the proposed divestment of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Takaful Ikhlas Family and Takaful Ikhlas General (collectively known as Takaful IKHLAS).
