Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Company announced that Mr Anuj Agarwal, CEO, has submitted his resignation with his last working day set for 15 April 2026.
The company said in a statement filed with the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) that it will announce further developments regarding the appointment of a new CEO in due course, subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
Mr Agarwal joined the company as CEO in July 2025. Prior to that, he spent around 14 years with Allianz Insurance, holding various high-profile positions across different regions worldwide.
