MS Amlin has appointed Ms Sarah Wilson as Head of Outwards Reinsurance. Prior to her promotion, she was Co-Lead of the Outwards Reinsurance function at the company.
In her new role, Ms Wilson will have full responsibility for the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of the Outwards Reinsurance function. She will oversee the design and placement of MS Amlin’s reinsurance programmes, portfolio optimisation and counterparty engagement across the company’s global platforms.
Working closely with underwriting teams in London, Dubai and Singapore, Ms Wilson will also ensure the reinsurance strategy remains aligned with MS Amlin’s risk appetite, capital objectives and long-term profitability.
Ms Wilson joined MS Amlin in 2022 as Outwards Reinsurance Department Manager and brings more than two decades of market experience. She joined from Tokio Marine Kiln, where she spent 20 years.
