Dubai National Insurance (DNI), has appointed Mr Charbel Yazbeck, as Acting CEO in a leadership transition, following the resignation of Mr AR Srinivasan from his position as CEO due to personal reasons.
In a statement, DNI said, “As a long-standing and integral member of DNI leadership team, Mr Yazbeck’s deep understanding of the business and strong operational expertise position him to ensure a smooth transition while the process of appointing a permanent successor is underway.” Mr Yazbeck previously served as Head of Risk at DNI.
Mr Srinivasan played a key role in advancing the company’s strategic direction and operational development, DNI said, thanking him for his contributions to the company.
