Swiss Re has appointed Ms Yamin Gröninger as COO of its group digital and tech leadership team, effective 1 January 2026 and subject to regulatory approvals.
In her new role, Ms Gröninger will be responsible for technology strategy and its activation, as well as operational and execution excellence.
Prior to her new role, Ms Gröninger worked with organisations including EY and McKinsey & Company. She joins from BCG, where she was managing director and partner.
