Howden has appointed Ms Susan Panuccio as group CFO, effective 6 January 2026. She will bring more than 30 years of global financial leadership experience to the company.
Ms Panuccio joins Howden after more than two decades with News Corp, having spent the last eight years as CFO and as a core part of the leadership team. Prior to that, she worked with AngloGold Ashanti and Ansett Australia, and started her career as an accountant with KPMG.
Mr Mark Craig, who served as group CFO for the past six years, will step into the new role of chief investment officer.
