Lockton has announced the appointments of Mr Jad Ghazal as chief business officer - direct and Mr Shadi Al Mahameed as chief growth officer - direct.
Both Mr Ghazel and Mr Al Mahameed will work closely with Lockton’s existing country CEOs and leaders to support their business objectives and ensure alignment with the firm’s regional growth strategy.
They will also work with Mr Fadi Ashkar, regional managing director, MENA in implementing Lockton’s expansion strategy in the region.
In his newly created role, Mr Ghazel will lead and execute the strategic operations of Lockton’s direct business across the region. He will also be responsible for supporting regional strategies, ensuring operational excellence, creating and implementing holistic value proposition and aligning business functions to support sustainable growth.
Mr Ghazel brings over 20 years of experience. He joined Lockton in 2021.
In his new role, Mr Al Mahameed will lead Lockton’s business development and growth strategies efforts across existing markets in the Middle East. He will focus on driving growth initiatives and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Mr Al Mahameed brings 30 years of experience. He joined Lockton in 2023.
