Egypt:Regulator tightens rules for collection of insurance premiums by brokers

The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has issued a decision prohibiting insurance brokers from collecting fees, insurance premiums, or other payments from clients and depositing the amounts received to the bank accounts of the brokers.
