Turkiye:Insurance industry more than doubles premium income in first 9 months in nominal terms

Total premium income generated by the insurance sector shot up by 108% to TRY146.9bn ($7.9bn) in the first nine months of this year, compared to TRY70.6bn in the corresponding period of the previous year, according to data released by the Insurance Association of Turkiye (TSB).
