Kuwait:Regulator cracks down on unlicensed insurance brokers

The Insurance Regulatory Unit, which is part of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, has stressed that insurance brokers that are unlicensed or whose licences are barred from sending requests for quotations or renewal requests to insurance companies.
