Kuwait:Reinsurer distributes higher bonus share issue for 2021

Kuwait Reinsurance Financial Performance

Shareholders of Kuwait Reinsurance Company have approved the board of directors' recommendation to distribute 19,829,127 bonus shares to shareholders for 2021 at the rate of 9% or nine shares for every 100 shares held with a total value of shares estimated at KWD1.983m ($6.49m).
