UAE:DIFC announces presidential directive aimed at providing greater protection for companies and employees

The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has announced new measures for employees and business owners with regards to end-of-service benefits, remuneration and termination under the DIFC Presidential Directive No. 4 of 2020, which seeks to help limit the impact of COVID-19.
