The Financial Regulatory Authority has granted Misr Reinsurance Brokerage Company a licence to practise reinsurance brokerage activity in the Egyptian market.
The company is expected to launch its operations officially soon with strong capital and a supportive shareholder structure, reported Amwal Al Ghad.
Mr Samir Hassan will assume the position of Chairman and Managing Director of the company. Mr Hassan is a reinsurance expert in the Egyptian market with 35 years of experience. He has served in several executive positions in the reinsurance sector, including at Misr Insurance Company.
