One of Saudi Arabia's biggest insurers, The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya), has reported that its net profits before zakat climbed by 1,201% to SAR101.34m ($27.02m) in the first quarter of 2023, compared to the corresponding quarter in 2022 when recorded net profits were SAR7.79m, according to the company's interim consolidated financial results.
