Malakut Group, a multinational insurance and reinsurance broker, has announced that Mr Sagar Mehta has joined the firm as Director to strengthen the company's M&A and Transactional Risk Practice, supporting clients across the Middle East and international markets.
Mr Mehta brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, transactional risk insurance and complex deal advisory, having worked on a wide range of cross-border transactions involving private equity sponsors, strategic buyers and corporate sellers in Middle East, South East Asia and India markets. His expertise spans Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) insurance, Tax Liability insurance and Contingent Risk solutions, making him a valuable addition to Malakut’s growing transactional risk platform.
He will also play a key role in expanding Malakut’s advisory-led approach to transactional risk across the region.
