Central bank's directions offer additional grievance redressal forum in bancasssurance misselling

With the notification of Reserve Bank of India (Commercial Banks - Responsible Business Conduct) Second Amendment Directions, 2026, bancassurance customers now get an additional grievance redressal forum. Now it is no longer “Buyer Beware”; it will be “Seller is Responsible”.
