UAE: Sukoon completes acquisition of UAE Life Insurance

Sukoon has finalised its acquisition of the UAE Life insurance portfolio from Chubb Tempest Life Reinsurance. The portfolio covers unit-linked and protection life insurance policies. The agreement was first signed in 2023.

The acquisition was approved by relevant regulators, including the Central Bank of the UAE and the Bermudan Monetary Authority. M
