News - MENA & GCC : More Middle East firms providing end-of-service benefits – Towers Watson

The number of Middle East companies that provide end-of-service benefits (ESBs) has risen from eight in 2009-2010 to 24 in 2010-2011, an increase of 200%, according to a survey by Towers Watson. It added that Gulf organisations are increasingly funding their ESB liabilities as these are projected to rise in the next 10 years.
