Moroccan students will be able to enrol in a degree programme in insurance techniques and consultancy provided by three different universities starting from September 2019, said media reports.
The three universities are: The Higher School of Technology (EST) of Kenitra; The University of Juridical, Economic and Social Sciences (FSJES) of Souissi; and The University of Juridical Sciences (FSJES) of Salé.
According to the reports, the programme is designed for 90 students and offers a work-linked training which includes theoretical education at university and practical hands-on experience in insurance companies.
The specialised degrees come within the framework of a convention between Morocco’s Ministry of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research and AXA-France and AXA Services Maroc. Another two universities – Mohammed V of Rabat and Ibn Tofail of Kenitra – will also take part in this project, the reports added. M
