MAPFRE ASISTENCIA: Next steps in insurance innovation

MAPFRE ASISTENCIA Middle East attended the 3rd Insurance Innovation Summit as an associate partner held in Dubai on 13-14 March 2019.

The conference, with the theme ‘Insurance Innovation’, attracted 200 delegates from the region.

The team from MAPFRE ASISTENCIA Middle East was led by its regional director EMEA Alejandro Boutin. The conference was an excellent opportunity for MAPFRE ASISTENCIA to strengthen its relationship with some of the leading insurance companies and brokers in the region.

The presence of MAPFRE ASISTENCIA was enhanced through different features such as the network spot to interact with the delegates and the presentation by Mr Boutin, highlighting the most important future steps that the company will provide its clients and partners, such as self-service platforms, relationship models with the distributor client, and flexible operational models and innovation.

Mr Boutin said, “This was an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the constant developments in solutions and technology that MAPFRE ASISTENCIA is making, both globally and locally.” M
