Insurance and reinsurance broker Fenchurch Faris celebrated the launch of two new offices in Dubai in late April with a cocktail reception at the Gate at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Fenchurch Faris’ DIFC representative office serves as a regional office for the MENA region, creating an additional link to the company’s treaty and facultative reinsurance arm. The DIFC office is run by Ms Nada El Ariss.
Fenchurch Faris also now has a branch office at Business Bay which transacts direct and wholesale insurance broking services for the Dubai market, bringing the company closer in proximity to its increasing portfolio of clients in the Emirate. This office is headed by Mr Mohammad Khamis Almousa and is a branch of the existing Abu Dhabi office managed by Mr Osama Dayeh.
Mr Rafat Basim Faris, the company’s Executive Committee Chairman, said: “Our new Business Bay office follows on the heels of our DIFC Representative Office and represents one step in our recent geographic expansion plans for the MENA region. This will be followed by our Muscat office launch soon.”
