UAE:1 in 5 Emiratis has diabetes

The total prevalence of diabetes among Emiratis in Dubai is 19%, while the total of undiagnosed diabetes cases of Emiratis is 11% and the rate of those at the pre-diabetic Emiratis is 18.6%, according to the second phase of the Dubai Diabetes Survey.
