Bahrain:BKIC to become majority shareholder of Takaful Int'l

Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Co (BKIC), the kingdom's biggest insurer, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Bahrain Islamic Bank to purchase the latter's entire stake in Takaful International.
