Saudi Arabia:Unemployment insurance scheme to benefit over 1 mln

A new unemployment insurance system will guarantee a monthly income for one year for workers retrenched from their jobs so long as they have worked for more than 12 months on the job, according to insurance industry sources. The number of beneficiaries of the scheme is estimated at more than one million.
