Saudi Arabia:Central bank issues regulations for branches of foreign insurers

The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) has issued licensing and supervision rules for foreign insurance and reinsurance companies wishing to establish and operate a branch in the Kingdom, including capital adequacy and financial suitability for obtaining a licence.
